  2. Periodic concessions will be declared from time to time and will be available for the specified time duration / dates only.
  3. Course(s)/ Bundle(s) will be accessible only after full payment is made.
  4. Fees paid once is non refundable.
  5. Diet & Kidney Academy (DKA) cannot be held responsible for non payment issues related to banking services (insufficient balance, card not in good standing etc...)

Cancellation Policy

  1. DKA holds the exclusive right to cancel access to the user without prior notice. 

Refund Policy

  2. Since your purchase is a digital (online course) product, it is deemed "used" after logging in/payment.
  3. All purchases made are non-refundable & non-exchangeable since the products made available here are intangible.
